We @ RokRok love our Pacific music, so we have created this website to generate traffic and awareness to Pacific Artists and their unique sounds.

It all came about by a successful trip to one of the world's most amazing festivals, the Blues & Roots Festival, Byron Bay Australia. We were so blown away by the musical experience that we knew there and then that something like this one day had to be done in Papua New Guinea.

But where to start? As they say, "build it and they will come"... is that true? There was only one way to find out. So with our web resources and online marketing knowledge we did it... RokRok Music was born! And so after a year of making new friends and meeting other music lovers at Facebook, our new online home is now open for all to come, share and enjoy.

Any movement like this can only come about when we can have a community of both music makers and music lovers to create the type of creative atmosphere where ideas, talents and feelings can be expressed to their fullest through music. We all can agree that in the past few years we have witnessed some of the finest musicians the pacific islands have ever produced. Talk about local talent! If you can produce music that can evoke an emotion you know you have made it... it is out job here at ROKROK to recognise those unique sounds and beats and bring you the best that this small part of the world has to offer.

So stay tuned as we dig up the stories, show you the pics, play you the vids and setup the events to get you RokRoking!
